We are honored to provide you with our service free of charge.

Our trucks will collect your items, then the items go through primary sorting where the items are separated into the following categories:

  1. Clothing
  2. Shoes
  3. Houshold Textiles
  4. Toys
  5. Household items
  6. Small electronics

Each item is then sold to recyclers for example

The clothing is sold to graders who classify them based on quality (A,B,C, D) quality A and B are sold to customers in overseas markets who re-use these clothing. Items C and D are cut into wipers and rags that are sold as raw material for products that are made from recycled textiles. Like insulation for homes, carpet padding.

We are not a non-profit, our aim is to help residents recycle their textiles. But we support and donate to local non-profits in various cities that we operate in.

Do not worry we are glad to mail you out additional bags, or you can use regular trash bags, but clearly identify them by marking them “Textile Recycling”, so they are not confused with other items.

Not currently, but may take in future.

Place your items in our bags or bags that are marked “Textile Recycling” and leave them 3ft away from your regular trash. Our designated truck will make sure your recycling items are picked up.

No, as long as they fall into the categories we recycle we will gladly pick up as much as you have.

We always follow your regular trash and recycling schedule.
